Mr. Nikolasch is a master chef and confectioner. Together with his well-trained kitchen team, he'll pamper you with such culinary delights as home-baked bread, gala dinners, a selection of 4-course a-la-carte dinners with salad buffet, along with specialty dishes featuring local and international cuisine.
Finely prepared, freshly caught domestic fish, mushrooms and wild game from our own forests, along with the freshest of produce - vegetables, salads, milk, etc. - from our hill farmers, are an integral part of our culinary scene and find a spot on our tables every single day!
Children can order meals from their very own Kids' Menu.
